  • Do you accept Walk-ins?
    Yes, We certainly do. However we suggest to book your reservation in advance in order to guarantee a time and date.
  • How many Locations to you have?
    We have Two Chapels Locations in Las Vegas. The Little Neon Chapel is Located in Downtown Las Vegas right on Fremont Street. The Fremont Chapel is also located in Downtown Las Vegas right on Fremont Street.
  • When should I arrive to the Chapel?
    We require all our Couples and their guests to arrive 30 minutes prior their scheduled time. Any late arrival will have a "LATE FEE" added. (please see Fees To Consider)
  • When can I receive my photos and video?
    We will have your photos and video ready for pickup 3 days after ceremony date on a CD. We do offer Photo Expedite Services and Digital Transfer for an additional fee. Please contact the chapel for assistance.
  • What is an Officiation Fee?
    Other Chapels call it "DONATION OR SERVICE FEE". It is all the same, It is a Fee that will cover filling your paperwork, cleaning, minister, wedding planner and more. All Chapels have this fee however they tend not to mention it till you arrive. We have decided to show you all the fees in advance.
  • Can I reschedule?
    Yes, You can reschedule by contacting us via email. All Changes will have a $35 convenience fee.
  • Is there Sales Tax?
    Yes, Sales Tax is either charged via Invoice or upon arrival. Nevada Sales tax is 8.375%.
  • Are your Officiants Licensed?
    All our officiants are Licensed by the State of Nevada and Clark County. We do have all the licenses available upon request to be viewed by our Couples to verify the information. Beware of Fraud.
  • Do I need a Marriage License?
    Yes, if you are looking to get legally married you will require a NV issued Marriage license. No Other State or Country would be accepted. Please Visit our "NV MARRIAGE LICENSE" section for more information.
  • Do I need a License for a Renewal of Vows Service?
    No. You do not need to bring any documents or apply for any license if you are already legally married.
  • Do you offer Cancellations or Refunds?
    If you have booked a Package at a Discounted price then the Sale is considered Final. No Refund will be approved or granted as all our Sale Price Packages are "FINAL SALE".
  • Handbillers and Solicitation Scams?
    Beware of Courthouse "Marriage Bureau" Handbillers as many are Fraud or Scams. Price Fixing and Scams are unfortunately common and therefore we recommend you do a lot of research before accepting any offers.
  • Late Arrivals?
    All Late Arrivals will incur a "Late Fee" - No Exceptions. This will guarantee we stick to our schedule and other couples that are also booked with us. Please be 30min at the chapel to check in and complete the paperwork. Please see Fees To Consider for more information.
  • Elvis/Mob/Prince/Scenic Officiant Fee?
    If you booked an Elvis, Mob or Prince Package you are not required to pay the Standard Traditional $60 Officiation fee. The Elvis and Mob Officiation Fee are $120 each, Prince and Scenic Ceremonies are $150 each. This fee is due 7 days prior to your ceremony. This Fee Convers the cost of our Elvis, Mob , Prince, or Minister for a Scenic Ceremony and any other fees related to their services.
  • Can I exchange my Free Gifts or Services?
    No, All Free Gifts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Those are limited time offers and subject to restrictions and till supply last. We do not guarantee that those gifts would be available as they do change frequently.
  • Do you offer Live Broadcast?
    Yes we do, however if the internet is facing speed issue we will record it and Upload it within 1 hour for everyone to View. Unfortunately, we do not and cannot guarantee the internet speed as its through a third party Vendor.
